Ah, so much with the bizzy-bizzy-programmir-ing and the buggering-off-on-holiday-ing. Not so much with the blog posting.
The good news is that the replacement headphones mentioned here sound great and arrived in time to stop me trying to fit neon-underlighting and a sports-exhaust kit to my bicycle in order to blend in with the Guildford streetlife.
While I’m here, I may as well point out that, while I am busy, at least I don’t have one of the ten worst jobs in science.
I should also point out that, while the weekend in Milan was fun, it doesn’t really compare to being in a yacht that gets suddenly beached by a floating volcanic rock, which turns out to be a perfect viewing platform for the spectacle of a new island being created.
