Welsh-speaking cyclists were baffled by a sign in front of roadworks at Barons Court roundabout between Penarth and Cardiff. It said “Llid y bledren dymchwelyd” (which roughly translates as “bladder disease has returned”). Above this, in English, it said “Cyclists dismount”.
