The contract for designing and planning the redevelopment of the Iraqi holy city of Najaf has been awarded to Llewelyn Davies Yang - the firm responsible for designing Milton Keynes.
(The firm is also responsible for much of the waterfront redevelopment of Edinburgh, which is steadily shaping itself into another revolting travesty of urban planning.)
A Letcher County woman suffered a horrible injury early Thursday when her arm was severed in a car crash on the Mountain Parkway in Clark County.
