America:
FREDERICA, Del. - The apparent suicide of a woman found hanging from a tree went unreported for hours because passers-by thought the body was a Halloween decoration, authorities said.
London:
Disappointing on the spooooky front. I didn’t hear about any hugely interesting goings on, so ended up just going to a concert instead. Even wandering around central London and Camden didn’t turn up anyone getting into the spirit of the thing other than a couple on the tube: guy dressed as Dracula, girl dressed as cliché.
